Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use apply to the Teleprompter by Montrelia AI mobile application (the “Application”), operated by Montrelia AI (Ladaworks LLC) (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Account Registration

You may optionally create an account to access additional features, including:

• Script synchronization
• Cloud storage
• Cross-device access

You may register using:

• Email and password
• Google Sign-In (OAuth)

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Not impersonate others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Voice and Audio Features

To enable features such as voice-based teleprompter scrolling and subtitle generation, the Application may request access to your device’s microphone.

• Audio is processed in real-time
• We do not permanently store voice recordings
• Processing is used only to provide app functionality

4. Cloud Storage and Synchronization

The Application allows you to store scripts, folders, and recordings. Your data may be stored securely using cloud infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare R2 or similar services).

You:

• Retain full ownership of your content
• Grant us permission to process it only for app functionality

We do not claim ownership of user content.

5. User Content Responsibilities

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates laws
• Infringes intellectual property
• Is abusive, harmful, or illegal
• Violates others’ rights

We may remove content or suspend accounts if needed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Use it for illegal purposes
• Interfere with systems or servers
• Access data without authorization

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a subscription.

• Subscriptions renew automatically
• Managed via Apple App Store / Google Play
• Cancellations must be done via the platform

We do not directly handle payments.

8. Subscription Cancellation

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Select app → Cancel

Android: Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Select app → Cancel

Important: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data may be permanently removed. This process is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate accounts for violations.

10. Technical Requirements

Some features require an internet connection and a compatible device. We are not responsible for:

• Connectivity issues
• Third-party service failures

11. Updates

We may update the app, change features, or discontinue services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “AS IS.” We are not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Data loss
• Service interruptions

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Service Provider’s jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted within the Application or website.
